With over 11,000 m2 of gardens, including cascading water features, the resort is the ideal environment for peaceful outdoor living all year round.

Specially designed by a top class group of landscape architects, the resort has enchanting Mediterranean style gardens with an array of sub tropical plants. These include pine, almond, carob, poplar, cork trees, palms, jacarandas and many varieties of stunning flowers. While wandering through the gardens, designed without architectural barriers, stop by a fountain, relax in a little shady square. The grounds have been designed for enjoyment. If you choose to, as an owner you can grow your own herbs or vegetables in the rich fertile soil which covers the resorts gardens.

Luxury and Pleasure
The resorts club house will take good living a step further, by anticipating virtually every possible requirement. As an important focus of life on the development, it has a restaurant, a bar, and some pool and games rooms. Residents can also use the meeting room for engagements and the concert area for performances. These areas come fully fitted with top quality sound and lighting systems.

Additionally, the club house has a library. It stocks daily newspapers from around the world, and has a varied selection of books. The club house has a business centre for its occupants. Security and peace of mind
The Resort is a closed secure community, controlled by a 24-hour security guard, with constant electronic surveillance by CCTV(security cameras). Each apartment has its own security system too, with fire and burglar alarms plus an emergency panic button. There is an intercom system which enables residents to talk to security instantly. It is also possible to link an apartment's panic button to a health or emergency centre if the owner wishes, and there is a permanent warden onsite engaged by a local care company for any inhouse care or other assistance required. Residents always know that help is at hand in the unlikely event of a health or security problem.

Enjoy Life
Another luxury is the unlimited use of the spa facilities. These include sauna, Jacuzzi, Turkish bath, changing rooms and the use of the massage and therapy rooms.
