Situated in the centre of the Algarve, Luz Living is some 5 minutes to the central motorway link, 1hrs to Faro Airport and 5 minutes to the local railway station.
Luz Living’s ethos is one of participator involvement from both its shareholders and potential customers/residents. From architect selection to design choice, to the definition of on-site amenities, a broad range of stakeholders have been consulted. These participants have come from five continents, a dozen nationalities and been investors, shareholders, potential buyers and future long-term residents who either wish to buy or rent.
Due to planning constraints, the architects have taken the approach of defining an area per apartment which may then be “sculpted” into different apartment types. These will broadly be as follows:
Twenty-nine 2/3 bedroom apartments of around 90 m² (969 sqft) internal area plus terraces.
5 apartments with 2 bedrooms and 73 m² (786 square feet) with terraces.
4 apartments of 1 bedroom with around 55 to 60 m² (592 a 646 square feet) internal area plus terraces .
Terraces of apartments on floors 1 and 2 will be approximately 17.5 m² (188 sqft). The terraces on the ground floor will be between 50 and 100 m² (538 and 1076 sqft). The important factor to bear in mind is that in all internal design the size of living areas will be given priority over the size of bedrooms. All apartment types, sizes, locations and views preliminary and subject to final planning.
Construction is under way and final completion is estimated end of 2020. Reservations are being accommodated now with leaving a reservation fee.
