KEI HOMES now superseded by Senior Living Spain was originally founded by Malcolm Knight, who through a debilitating illness was made to search for an alternative life-style in a temperate climate. His background in construction plus his desire to help others eventually lead him to the idea of purpose built complexes and villages with care options for persons who might prefer this kind of environment, plus communal developments with everyday accommodation and wellness facilities in Europe for the retired and not quite retired, and/or those needing care or assistance with holiday arrangements or respite care etc.
Senior Living Spain is now established as the only independent retirement development specialist company in Spain.
